NexaCleaner Pro is a locally installed desktop application. All cleaning operations run entirely on your device. The software does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, usage statistics, or system information to external servers.
The only external network connection the application makes is a version check against a public GitHub URL to notify you of available updates. No personal identifiers are sent in this request.
License keys are validated locally using a hardware fingerprint and a cryptographic signature. No online activation server is contacted after purchase.
Purchases are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad handles payment data and receipt delivery. Please refer to Gumroad's Privacy Policy for details on how transactional data is handled.

Nanosoft Computers grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and use NexaCleaner Pro within the v1.x release cycle.
The software is licensed for personal and small-business use on one compatible Windows device per license. Each license key is bound to a single machine via hardware fingerprint.
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense this software without written permission from Nanosoft Computers.
The software is provided as is. While every effort has been made to ensure safe operation, Nanosoft Computers is not liable for data loss resulting from user-approved cleaning operations. Always review scan results before confirming a clean.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

If NexaCleaner Pro fails to function correctly on your compatible Windows device (Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit), you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Email nanosoft.computers.au@gmail.com with your Gumroad order number and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. The associated license key will be revoked upon processing.
Refunds are not available after 14 days, or where the software has functioned as described and the refund is requested due to a change of mind alone.
